Organisation

The Committee is made up of a team of volunteers.

Roles include:

  • Chairperson
  • Honorary Secretary
  • Honorary Treasurer
  • Hut Manager
  • Membership Secretary
  • Hut Maintenance
  • Product Buyers
  • Web Site Manager

These volunteers keep the Association running smoothly and ensure members receive great value and support throughout the year.

The membership year runs from:

1st November – 31st October (the following year)

📝 How to Join

Joining is simple:

  1. Visit The Hut during opening hours – https://www.whgaa.org/hut-opening-times/
  2. Fill in the short membership form
  3. Name and address
  4. Email address (optional, but helpful for receiving updates)

💷 Membership Fee

  • £2.50 per year
  • Subscription rates are agreed at the AGM
  • The rate fixed at the AGM (2025) applies to the membership year with the start date closest to that AGM
