🧺 Entries
- Any number of categories may be entered in each Section, but no more than two exhibits per category, up to a maximum of 25 exhibits per named Member.

- Where a class states 5 apples or 3 beetroots, all must be of the same variety.
- Photographs must be affixed to an A4 sheet of paper or card.
- Exhibit fee: 20 pence per exhibit.
- Please complete the Entrant’s details section at the bottom of the Entry Form and bring it with your exhibits.
- Bring your total entry fee and Membership Card to the Show.
🌸 Display Requirements
- Flowers and herbs should be displayed as cut stems or bunches, not as plants in soil.
- Jams, pickles and chutneys must have jar lids dressed, and jams/chutneys should include waxed discs covering contents.
🌟 Some Tips for Exhibitors
- Presentation matters — a well‑displayed entry always looks more appealing to the judges.
- Do not oil vegetables or fruit; show them clean, fresh and naturally trimmed/dressed where required.
- Onions, shallots and garlic look smarter when the stems are tied neatly with raffia or string.
- Displaying vegetables on a plate helps set them off nicely — paper plates will be available on the day.
- To stop onions, shallots and garlic rolling around, place them on a thin layer of sand or similar material.
- Fruit should be shown with stalks attached where specified, and not polished.
- Wrap flower and herb stems in wet paper towelling before staging to keep them turgid and fresh.
- Flowers and herbs must be displayed in a vessel provided by the exhibitor — water will be supplied.
